Greenply Speciality Panels Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned arm of Greenply Industries Ltd, has initiated construction of its second MDF production line at its Vadodara facility in Gujarat. The expansion, involving an investment of Rs 425 crore, is targeted for commissioning by Q2 FY2028. The new line is expected to significantly enhance manufacturing capacity, enabling the company to cater to the rising demand for MDF across residential, commercial, and modular furniture segments. It will also create employment opportunities and support regional economic growth. The development aligns with Greenply’s strategy to strengthen domestic manufacturing and expand its MDF portfolio through advanced, future-ready infrastructure.
